| Judge's comment:Nicely composed brush painting. It was submitted in the way that the wrinkles of the paper was too obvious. The wrinkles are ok when the original is exhibited. But, once it is scanned, it becomes just a image. The image requires suitable handling. In this case, I manipulated the image by hightening the contrast a little, minimizing the wrinkles to focus on the content of the brush painting itself. |
