| Judge's comment:This must be a scene from one of those Japan festivals. In this case it is L.A. One way of taking photograph of festival like this is to shoot the subject from the foot level, pointing camara upward (you must be careful not to be kicked by the performers,though). In this way, the photo will look more exaggerated, and dramatic. Light puple border goes well with the photograph. |
