WHAC4 Commemorative Haiga Contest 2007

Guidelines
 
1 Open to all people of the world. Any styles and methods are acceptable.
2  Haiku, be it your own or someone, must be included within the haiga image. Separate submission will not be accepted
3 Attach English translation for you haiku. Preferably, English translation is also included in the image.
4 Submission must be in A4 size, or letter size.
    Haiga made with computer should be printed out on paper of the size mentioned above.
    The image size should be within 17cm(7 inches) × 25cm(10 inches).
    Write your name, mailing address, and E-mail address if any on the back of the paper.
    If the haiku is by someone else, write the haijins name.
5 Submission must be by post. E-mail submission is not accepted.
6 Submission will not be returned.
7 No submission fee
8 Deadline: July 1, 2007

The result of the contest will be announced on August 10, 2007 on WHA webpage (http://www.worldhaiku.net/). Also, the winning haiga will be exhibited at WHA Convention site on Sept. 15, 2007.
 
Prize Three Excellence awards. Award includes a certificate of excellence, and a copy of World Haiku 2008 (edited by Banya Natsuishi WHA, and to be published by Shichigatudo in December of 2007), in which the awarded haiga artworks appear.
